Can't Build On A Minecraft Server

How To Fix
1 You can remove the op permission from all players. This way the spawn protection gets deactivated.
2 You can configure the spawn protection area in the server.properties file or through the server properties settings page in your Kinetic Panel. Set the value for Spawn Protection to 0. This should disable the spawn protection even if players with the op permission are present.
