The Garden Awakens Drop

The Garden Awakens update for Minecraft 1.21.4 is now here! Featuring the Pale Garden with it's new Wood Types, Creaking mob, Resin block family and the Eyeblossoms! We will be covering everything within this Minecraft update so you can have the full scoop!

Pale Garden.

The Pale Garden will be a new biome added to Minecraft, this biome will have it's own unique mood and identity, to make it feel unfamiliar to the players who explore within the biome. This biome will feature the Pale Wood Type, the Creaking mob along with the Creaking Heart.

● The Pale Oak wood type will generate here.

● the Creaking mob and the Creaking heart block will generate within the Pale Oak trees with the Creaking spawning at Night.

● Hanging Pale Moss will generate hanging from the leaves on the Pale Oak Trees.

● Animals will not spawn naturally in the Pale Garden.

Eyeblossom Flower

● Eyeblossoms naturally generate in the Pale Garden.

● Eyeblossoms can be obtained by Bone Mealing grass blocks in a Pale Garden Biome.

● During the Day the flower will become closed.

● During the Night the flower will become open.

● Suspicious Stew made from Open Eyeblossoms will cause a Blindness effect

● Suspicious Stew made from Closed Eyeblossoms will cause a Nausea effect

● If the Eyeblossom flower is Closed, it will make a Gray Dye.

● If the Eyeblossom flower is Open, it will make an Orange Dye.

● Bees will become Poisoned if they interact with the Opened Eyeblossom flower and can not Interact with the Closed Eyeblossom.

● Pale Oak Tree Saplings must be in a 2x2 configuration in order for the tree to grow.

The Creaking Mob & Creaking Heart

The Creaking mob spawns at night if there is a Creaking Heart block between two Pale Oak logs. This happens naturally in the Pale Garden biome where the Creaking Heart generates inside Pale Oaks.

● A Creaking will activate in Survival or Adventure mode, the player must be within 12 blocks of it and look at it.

● Players can look at a Creaking and it will no longer move. If a player is wearing a Carved Pumpkin on their head, the Creaking will ignore this and go after the Player.

● If the player remains 32 blocks of the Creaking, it will remain active. And will not take any knockback.

● Players can attack a Creaking to reveal where the Creaking heart is attached by a trail, they can break this Heart with an Axe for the fasest break time. After the heart is Broken, the Creaking will die.

● Players can break the Creaking Heart to get 1-3 Resin clumps or more with Fortune.

● If a player uses a Silk Touch enchantment on a Creaking Heart, they will obtain the heart.

● Naturally Placed Creaking Hearts will drop 20-24 experience when broken with or without Silk Touch.

Resin

Resin is another new Block type being added into The Garden Awakens update. With this, it will feature an orange color with a variety of blocks.

● Resin Clumps can be obtained by breaking the Creaking Heart, giving the player 1-3 Resin and even more with Fortune. As well, it will be on the Sides of Pale Oak Logs that are close or connected to the Creaking Heart. This will not require a tool, it can be broken by hand to get Resin Clumps. They can also be found in Woodland Mansions loot chests.

● Resin Clumps will be Smelted in a Furnace to get a Resin Brick.

● Resin Brick can be made into Resin Bricks, which will be used to craft Resin Stairs & other Resin blocks. The Stonecutter can also be used to craft these blocks.
